You may use the website to learn about Aiko and submit an Early Access application. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass spam or security protections, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

Early Access applications

Application information should be accurate and submitted by someone authorised to discuss the relevant team or organisation. We may accept, reject or ignore applications at our discretion.

If you are accepted into an alpha or pilot, separate product, confidentiality, data processing or commercial terms may apply.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, diagrams, examples and future-surface references are not commitments to deliver any specific feature, integration, timeline or outcome.

Intellectual property

Aiko’s website design, text, diagrams and product materials are owned by Aiko or its licensors. Third-party names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible or relevant surfaces.

No warranties

The website and Early Access application flow are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the website will meet your requirements.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or application flow. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
